Walkway Management & Auditing

RLC can audit, review, and measure a property’s walking areas.   In such audits RLC can inform a property of measured Static and Dynamic Coefficient of Friction measurements.  RLC can also inform property management of enhancing strategies known by the Service Providing Industry to reduce risks of slips, trips, and falls.  RLC can provide a property with a walkway management system complete with heat mapping, floor mat recommendations, trend analysis, and managing solutions to reduce risks of slips, trips, and falls.  

 

RLC uses the GS1 Tribometer for all floor measuring.  The GS1 is a top of the line tribometer meeting the requirements of tribometry set forth by the National Floor Safety Institute and published standards, B101.0, B101.1, and B101.3.
